These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of subscriptions from UGCLab. By subscribing to any of our plans, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Subscription Plans
UGCLab offers subscription-based access to our AI-powered content creation platform. Each subscription plan includes a monthly allocation of credits that can be used to generate content on our platform.
- Subscription plans and pricing are displayed on our website
- Each plan includes a specific number of credits per billing cycle
- Features and usage limits vary by plan
- All prices are displayed in USD
2. Credits
Credits are the currency used within UGCLab to generate AI content. Your subscription includes a monthly credit allocation.
- Credits are added to your account at the start of each billing cycle
- Unused credits roll over to the following month and accumulate as long as your subscription remains active
- Upon cancellation or termination of your subscription, all accumulated credits are permanently deleted
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged
3. Billing and Payment
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. We accept payment via credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely through Stripe.
- Monthly subscriptions: Billed every 30 days from the date of initial purchase
- Annual subscriptions: Billed every 12 months from the date of initial purchase
- Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees
4. Taxes
All prices displayed on our website are exclusive of applicable taxes. Depending on your location, your purchase may be subject to VAT, sales tax, or other taxes. These will be calculated and added to your total at checkout.
- EU customers: VAT is charged based on your country of residence
- Business customers with a valid VAT number may be exempt from VAT on B2B transactions
- You are responsible for any taxes not collected by UGCLab
5. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. You will be notified via email of any payment issues.
- After multiple failed payment attempts, your subscription may be suspended
- During suspension, you will not be able to generate new content
- Your account and accumulated credits will be preserved for a grace period
- If payment is not resolved, your subscription will be terminated, credits will be deleted, and generated content may be removed
6. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our digital services and the immediate access to credits upon subscription, we generally do not offer refunds.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable
- Partial refunds are not provided for unused portions of a billing period
- In exceptional circumstances, we may issue credit refunds at our sole discretion
- To request an exception, contact us at support@ugclab.app with details of your situation
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of the paid period
- No refunds or credits will be issued for the remaining time in your billing cycle
- All accumulated credits will be permanently deleted upon the effective cancellation date
- Generated content (videos, images, and other media) may be deleted after your subscription ends. We recommend downloading any content you wish to keep before cancellation.
- You may resubscribe at any time, but previous credits and deleted content will not be restored
8. Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time through your account settings.
- Upgrades: Take effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle, and your credit allocation will be adjusted accordingly.
- Downgrades: Take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your current plan's features until then.
- Accumulated credits are preserved when changing plans
9. Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify our subscription prices at any time. For existing subscribers:
- We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect
- You will be notified via email of upcoming price changes
- If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect
- Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing
10. Free Trials and Promotions
We may offer free trials or promotional pricing from time to time. These offers are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer.
- Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends
- Promotional pricing applies only for the specified period
- Only one promotional offer may be used per account
11. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription and account if you violate our Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our platform. In such cases:
- No refunds will be provided
- All credits will be permanently deleted
- All generated content may be permanently deleted
12. Disputes
If you have a billing dispute or question about a charge, please contact us at support@ugclab.app within 60 days of the charge. We will work with you to investigate and resolve legitimate billing issues.
